Our coordination services include:

  • Negotiation of group rates and partner terms

  • Transportation coordination (private transfers, chauffeurs, yachts, charter flights, etc.)

  • Communication with hotels, villas, vendors, and travel partners

  • Booking execution through our trusted travel network

  • Creation of a seamless, centralized booking process

  • Logistics oversight leading up to departure

For specialized needs, we can source and coordinate third-party services such as:

  • Private chefs

  • Venues

  • Event spaces

  • Experiences or excursions

All specialized services are outsourced and coordinated on your behalf — they are not personally managed by us.

What This Service Is Not

To maintain clarity and protect the integrity of this offering, it’s important to understand what this service does not include.

This is not a concierge or personal assistance service.

We do not:

  • Provide on-call, 24/7 availability

  • Handle personal errands or lifestyle requests

  • Plan daily itineraries or minute-by-minute schedules

  • Resolve non-travel personal matters

  • Act as personal assistants during your trip

Luxury Travel Coordination

Consultation & Research Fee: $500 (Non-Refundable)

The consultation and research fee covers the initial consultation, feasibility assessment, and preliminary research required to evaluate your project.

If your project is approved and you choose to move forward with full coordination services, the consultation fee will be applied toward your final coordination fee. If the project does not move forward, the fee remains non-refundable and compensates for professional time and research conducted.

A custom coordination proposal will be provided based on scope, group size, and overall complexity.
Pricing varies based on group size, destination, and project scope.

  • Small Groups (5–10 travelers): Starting at $5,000

  • Mid-size Brand / Creator Trips (10–30): Starting at $10,000–$15,000

  • Corporate Retreats / Large Events (30+): Starting at $20,000–$30,000+

  • On-Site Coordination (optional): Custom quote + travel covered

The fee covers coordination, sourcing, communication, and management of all third-party partners. This fee is separate from hotel costs and commissions earned through our travel network.

The fee is non-refundable and is separate from the cost of your trip.
